● Go for a walk. Aim for 30 minutes a day, or three 10-minute walks, to start.

● Practice low-impact activities like chi gong, tai chi, or yoga 15 minutes every day

To start, consider doing 15 minutes of Chi kung, Tai chi, or Yoga every day. Pay attention to how your chi is flowing throughout your body during the exercise. Once you are comfortable with the routine, you can easily add more time or do a combination of the three.

The Occasional Movers:

If you are a gym goer, try all different types of cardio exercises like cross trainer, step, rowing machine, or bicycle. All compound strength exercises such as chest presses, planks, and lunges are all good to help you boost your Chi. Most of these exercises can be done at home as well. Be sure to switch between body, breath, and mind work for a well-balanced workout.

You are up for challenges and not afraid of working hard. Way to go! Being physically fit and active can make it confusing for you to find yourself in a Lona chi climate.
